One of the worst property maintenance i have ever seen. None of the workers have any idea of how to do the simple jobs. These guys provide a maintenance service to our building and very much disappointed with their services. All the jobs they do is incomplete and charge extra to fix the same problem. The funny thing is even paying to fix the extra money still the issue won’t be fixed. Every time when we call to fix the issues created by them they keep charging again and again but issue won’t be resolved. On top of it they cut the one of the items in the ceiling which affected the lower floors and cost us 40k to fix the problem. I have noticed they have contracts in Sydney CBD and Chatswood and some other places . After conducting the background research it was noticed they have the same issues everywhere. Please avoid this scammers at very first sight if you can. Will make a complaint to cancel the building license if they have by any chance.
